The process

How I design a journey

A well-designed trip rarely begins with hotels or flights. It begins with understanding what kind of experience you want to have in a place. Every itinerary I create is shaped by three questions.

1.

What makes this place unique?

I begin with the essence of a destination. That may be a regional cuisine, a landscape, or the rhythm of a neighbourhood.

The goal is not to see everything. It is to experience what makes that place worth the journey.

2.

What pace feels right?

Some travellers want a lively itinerary with movement and discovery. Others want quiet mornings and time to settle into a place.

The right pace turns travel from a schedule into an experience.

3.

Where can small details elevate the trip?

This is where expertise matters most. It may be a hotel with the right sense of place. A restaurant locals quietly recommend. Or the right use of points and loyalty status to elevate a journey.

Small decisions shape how the trip actually feels.

The result is not an itinerary built from templates. It is a journey shaped around how you want to experience a place.
